It's very rare, but sometimes tissues come out better than they should. I've always suspected it, but now that I've been aware of it for a couple months, I've been keeping a sharp eye out. It just happened to me today. The assembly roll yielded a percentage result (on a great success, mind you, not an amazing success) that was higher than it should have been. If I didn't get a moderate success on the next roll, the bonus on my chef tissue would have ended up being 1 point higher than our tissue calculators say they should be. Anyone have any idea what's going on? This happened to me again about a week ago, and I actually experimented up all the way and made a schematic. I had made several fully-experimented schematics with the same ingredients and got a bunch of +115's and that single +116.
