was wondering if any creature can be made with any dna?

i ask cause i like the looks of a slice hound they are just weak and was wondering if an uber lvl 35 slice can be made so i can use 2 of them?

Any creature within the limits of what creature skins we have available to us as BEs can be used with any combination of DNA. So the short answer is yes this is very possible to make uber lvl 35's as a slice hound.

The restrictions that comes into playare 1) a creature skin is from an agressive creature which requires CH agressive creature handlingskills2) creature skins from several creatures (Rancor, Kimogila, Graul, and a few others) have minimum creature levels that regardless of the DNA they will always turn out that level or higher.

You don't. Just like you wouldn't tell an armorsmith or weaponsmith what resources to use in making armor or weapons for you. You just decribe the type of pet you'd like and let the BE worry about how to make it.
