Thread: Aggressive Pets Cannot be Called at Higher Levels?

Last week or so, I sold a highish level woolamander pet to a customer. He was able to call it and use it fine all the way up to level 56. After that, he can no longer call it despite the fact that he is a master creature handler (nonwookie). The woolamander is now full grown level 64 and he cannot call it or use it.

My question is, is this due to the fact that woolamanders are "aggressive" and thus require higher skills to use? This would be very interesting since it would mean that all of those high level kimos that we have been selling also wouldn't be callable by master creature handlers once they are full grown and there are going to be a lot of unhappy people who paid high prices for pets that are now unusable.

Is anyone else having these sorts of problems? If it is due to the aggressiveness factor, what is the highest level we can make an aggressive creature and still have it usable by a nonwookie creature handler? I guess this would create an even larger demand for creature handler bonus enhanced clothing...if only the milk wasn't so scarce.

Any answers or help would be appreciated.

The following link provides more information on this subject. Some say without some sort of enhancement you can only call up to level 50 aggressive pet and some say they have no problems? It would be nice to have some answers so we aren't selling pets to people that will become unusable.

Situation is this - if you are a non-wookiee and are not wearing +taming clothes you cannot call a CL64 or above 'aggressive' creature. If you are a wookiee or have some clothingthat gives +10 taming then you can call a CL70 aggressive. It is the level of +taming vicious causing the issue.

To be on the safe side, if you are playing with DNA that has a chance of ending up CL64+ dont choose an aggressive skin for it, you wont be able to call it when fully grown and have a more difficult time selling.

We have to wait for official word from the devs on this, many people think it is a bug/old code interfering(myself included) whileothers think it is intended. To me it makes no sense for it to be intended. I have a CL70 gurreck I can use, if I had chosen an 'angler' skin it would now be useless to me, stuck in my datapad, but it would be the exact same creature regardless. The devs couldnt have intended that surely!?
