I am about to find out myself

I have had my boots go all the way down to 0 and I still have them on my feet. Not to sure if the mask scent will fall off the shirt/pants though. Maybe the boots still being usable is a clue the bonuses will still work

The stats still showed in my skill mods, but it seemed to me that i was back to my old can't-walk-past a capper spineflap...I made me some new duds and I'm back in business...
