Unfortunately I've been away for just over two weeks without any access to the internet, so I haven't been able to keep up with the boards and having fought valiantly with the search features for a couple of hours I've given up and decided to ask some probably really dumb questions.

What effect does VHQ, HQ, and AA DNA have on a creature?

Are there any creatures that have particularly good pairs in one stat?

What are the bugged DNA's? I don't want to make anything thats going to become useless, is it all Kamuriths and Lesser Plains Bols or just some of the Kamuriths? What is actually bugged about it? Is it just giving disproportionately good stats?

Has anyone managed to get an AOE attack to stay? I have tried with 5 VHQ Voritor Dasher DNA's and still couldn't getPoison Sprayto stick.

Anyone managed to disprove the 60% Kinetic Resist Cap?

My guild mates are bugging me for CL10 pets, anyone got a good non bugged recipe? I allways hit CL11-13.

My -guess- at first was that it affects stats... and it seems to an extent, the better quality, the better creature. But when you sample, you'll notice one creatures VHQ DNA may not be as good as another's HQ DNA. Random DNA per spawn of creature. It's annoying, but it makes sense.

Hmm... arachnids tend to have pretty good health stats... as do Craggy Bolma. I'd have to say most types of rancor beat out other DNA samples, though.

Nocuous kamurith DNA... some will argue that it's not bugged, per se, but that the system of combining it and sampling from the creature it was made with, is. The kamurith have phantom resists right now. They show as 0s across the board until combined and experimented upon. This creates a very low level creature with the kamurith's actual stats (and superior to).

Nope. No one seems to be able to get any AOEs to stick.

I don't believe so. I think maybe I saw a 61 or 62.. but it's generally accepted that 60% is the maximum.
