Ok, as I get closer to master chef I'm wondering what ingredients are needed for BE's to make medium and heavy food additives so I can start collecting those for a BE. I heard the heavy needs berries, flora, and milk. I dont know what medium needs. And are there any special kinds needed or can I just use any berries, fruit and milk?

Here is a link from the Chef FAQ. At the bottom of the page you'll see the BE additives.
It should help you.

You can also find some nice tables on
http://www.swgbe.mmospy.com/
Nutrient tissues are the ones most commonly asked for in my experient and they take any flora, any organics and any meat so they're much less restrictive in terms of resource requirements. I often use the same flora for the first two if it has good stats, or wood (or some other organic with no PE or FL but a very high OQ) if I've got enough of the really good stuff.
