Very nice, as a new Master BE myself, it is very interesting to me to see what others come up with. I know the latest craze is armored high kinetic pets, but I can't help but think that there is room for some high damage pets as well. Heck, I think if we could find a way to increase the Kinetic a touch, add some vunerabilities in there, especially to energy, and get us a strong poison in there, we could lower the level a bit more, possibly into the mid-twenties, maybe lower. Could you imagine running triplets of those with stacking poisons and that damage, as well as Intimidate? Geez. Talk about a big game pet for those of us with minimal combat potential. I know I made a Gurreck yesterday, that had about 45% Kinetic, some vulnerabilities, 340-350 damage, and Strong Poison, Blind as specials...the clvl? 22. I know armor effectively reduces damage taken to the pet by 50% but when I see things like these I wonder if what we sacrifice to get that extra bit defense is worth it.

Couple this with the CH post I saw yesterday about specials attacking in between normal attacks and things might be looking up for pets after all.

Hats off to SOE. Not many companies could take the best MMO on the market and fu*k it up completely, that takes real skill.

Looks like you used Rancor dna for this one? I'd say this would be a pretty decent pet for say fighting NPC on faction missions and whatnot if the CH didn't have impressive offensive capabilities of his own. It's got pretty amazing offensive capabilities for the CL (almost 100 dps, very very nice) and sky high energy, electricity, and heat resists also make it nice in a gun fight although the acide vuln is unfortunate.

In my own experience though selling such pets has been challenging. It's difficult to find a home for CL over 35 but under 60 in my experience, and also the majority of customers request kinetic tanks for hunting, which means sacrificing all that nice offensive capability for more kinetic resists and armor. Often times you find yourself apologizing to customers when the kinetic resists is anything short of 60, even a few points, lol.
