Can someone please tell me the difference between Myomer and Enhanced Myomer tissues, what can you expect to get as the results of making one over the other with equivilent quality resources?

I think you're talking about myoflex.

You can find their schematics and where they come in the bio engineering tree at www.swgcraft.com

Basically though, a lower level bio engineer can make the basic myoflex and it can be made in about +5 - +9 or so.

The enhanced one requires a higher level bio engineer to make and also requires eggs to make (doh!) but can be made about +12 - +19 or so.

Myoflex are useful because a tailor can put a +9 myoflex with a +16 enhanced myoflex in a clothing itemto get the maximum bonus without using expensive components in all slots.
