What would be the best way to use them in your opinion (eg what would be the perfect DNA to combine it with etc.)?

I'd probably be inclined to "stretch it out" into a half dozen different critters or so rather than blowing the whole ball of wax on
2-3. Since the fortitude is so ungodly high, you could safely mix it with something like prowling gurreck and retain the
60/60 and lack of vulnerabilities (except perhaps to cold /shrug, no biggie). There isn't much else I'd consider mixing with
it though, seeing as the thing that makes it special are the kinetic and energy resists mainly.
