I've just started doing BE on one of my chars and have noticed that there are items of clothing like aprons etc with +to various pproffessions experimentation, these items also seem to have plenty of sockets on them so i'm assuming theyre not items made with skill tapes, can BE's make + to experimentation tissues etc? or is it something else they have on them? if so what level of skill in which tree is it in? or if its something special i eneed to get how do i get it?

Best way to answer this is to say look at the FAQ. It can explain it better than I can.
just a couple of points though.
There are no experiment enhancing tissues (or assembly).
Tissues do not go into sockets (They go into sub-components of the clothes).
Finally, I'm not a Tailor anymore, and haven't been for ages (Hologrind), however I believe that their aprons are made from quest loot schematics, with a random factor over which profession schem they get.
Just to go a little furthur, and slightly off topic, thereare no additional items required to be a BE other than the skills themselves. The only stuff that may be useful is either Artisan for vendors and resource surveying, scout explo IV (or ranger) for mask scent, and a frequent user cloning card.
(Available from all good Cloning Centres)

Crafting Aprons are made from the quest schematic from Jabba's Themepark. Which scematic you get is completely random with the most popular ones being medical and chef ones, then architect then tailor.

Nope, not in the slightest. A tailor must learn the schem before they know which one it is AND they can only learn one a time. Kinda sucked for me when my first two ones as a broke, homeless tailor were both tailor apron schems.

You can learn one of each type at a time. Once the schematic has been learned it cannot be traded.
