I combined 5 DNA all with 75% kinetic resists and the end result has only been 60%. If this is by design then I've got to say I'm not real happy about this, especially if CH can tame rare spawns with higher kinetic resists. For this same reason I'm also disappointed by the fact that some specials don't make it on to our clones. If CH can get rare creatures with area combo etc and we can't make it then we're really out of luck in the long run as more and more of these rares make it into existence.

60 is the cap

Ok, the next big question then is... can CH tame things with kinetic resists>60%? If so then I'm crying foul because BE has been slighted again. Can you imagine if pistoleers could find weps with 25% more damage than the best a master wep smith could make? Wep smiths would be up in arms (no pun intended). If they are going to leave this like it is then we need to unite as BE and make a fuss about this. It just doesn't seem anyone else gets this kind of crafter raw deal that we keep getting as BE.

Rumor is that Frenzied Grauls (65% kinetic, light armor) can be tamed, but these babies (if they exist) fall into the "impossibly rare" category.

I wouldn't cry foul, however, as BE can in general make creatures that are MUCH better than their wild counterparts, with a lower CL to boot.

No frenzied graul babies have been screenshotted, someone said I had a frenzied graul baby when I had a red pos bioengineered graul made with mountain worrt dna.. best kinetic resistbaby is a delerious merek avenger with 45% kinetic, light armor, and cl 40.

Very questionable. Any MBE could make that screen shot with ease.

Theres definately no proof in that screenie :/ It could have been easily renamed to say "a frenzied graul (baby)"

merek harvester has kinetic of 75% or so and lt armor. get 3 samples of this thing in a critter and you're almost guaranteed lt armor and 60% kinetic resist

Babie Merek Harvesters and Baby Frenzied Grauls are nothing but rumors as of now.

A Bull Rancor baby was just recently tamed with a 35% kinetic resist, at a CL of 65. So with a kinetic resist of 65% I am betting the Frenzied graul will not be tamleable or will be an impossible rare, same story with Merek Harvester...
