I was lucky enough to get some great plains stalker DNA yesterday, it was unremarkable except for a very high forocity level ~785 and a dependability of 1000. I wanted to try an experiment to see for myself what ferocity and dependability might influence in the final creature. I placed a FG in the physique slot to boost kin resist, the FG having about the same ferocity.I experimented fully in aggression and spread the rest out. The final template ended up with 1016 dependability ( I thought 1000 would be max, but apparently not)and a ferocity about 790. The resulting creature had an attack speed of 2.16, a tohit of .51 and~400 damage, CL62. Quite unremarkable. I once made a pet with a tohit of .66 but I can't remember how I did it. I guess dependability is just a throw away stat that has no effect. I bet you a hundred bucks it'll raise CL though. This whole system is extremely messed up. It's like they started this whole thing, stopped in the middle and walked away to make the space expansion (I guess). It's so obviously unfinished it's obscene.

I may be wrong, but I believe dependablity has to do with whether the pet runs like a little girl or stands and fights to teh death or at least pretty fricken close... Try making one with low dependablity and watch it run.
I have almost as high as 1200 on debendability... well for sure over 1100.
Thanks for the info though, I won't waste my time looking for them, although if you threw this into a light armor 60 kin pet, it would make a great tank.
