When doing the dna slicing to take out a base you have to get the right samples. what exactly are you supposed to do. i was kind of guessing when i was doing it the other day. i ended up getting 3 of the 4 in the sequence. can anyone give me some tips or point me somewhere that can help me out. thanx....
