Using 3rd gen DNA, I made a CL 20 Gurrcat with Armor, http://vyrus.net/CL20_Gurrcat_AR1.jpg.
My questoin is this, has anyone heard from the dev's on what is going to happen to pets like these? I am sure that is was not meant for people to have pets with armor at CL20, especially with Strong Poison too. It is really hard to work as a bio-engineer and have to worry that every pet you sell will come back to you later, after being turned invalid.

Look at it this way, the CL is pretty much a reflection of two things: how much damage can a pet take, and how much can it dish out.
Averaging the health, action, mind of your pet: 5069, let's call it 5k
effective HAM of your pet: between 5k and 13.5k
damage per second: 11.7
Lets compare it to something in the wild: Blurgg Hunter (CL 20)
effective HAM: between 4k and 6k
damage per second: 30.4
So in summary, your pet has one-third the attack capability of a wild pet of the same CL, but it has (at best) a little under 3x the effective HAM of the wild one. It's called making tradeoffs.
P.S. stop begging for nerfs.

2 things
1. Congrats, that is a nice cl20 you got there
2. You are working with the confines of the current system, and no one is to say what should and shoudln't be allowed, hell the developers have even said if its legal its legal...
The creature actually looks balanced to me, no energy resist, armor and fairly low kinetic resist and HAMs... I have seen CL30's with light 10k HAM and 60 kin/real high energy...
Its fine, don't secnd guess anything that is non ch

Thanks for the replies. I don't like selling stuff that I think may be taken away from the customer, so I was just worried. And the trade off is obvious, I just didn't think of it that way.
Thanks again,
