To be honsest i really wouldn't know, depends on how it's been coded, hopefully when it's fixed tissues will be converted to work (the fact that old tissues made before the patch don't work kinda denotes it's somewhereon the tailor crafting side of things that's borked) so of the top of my head i woud say yes making a stock nowwould be ok, but don't quote me on it hehe.
