to be honest mate, we can't jsut say go hunt such and such and get so and so, the resources are continuously shfting and changing, the only way you can tell what resources are current and the stats of them is by accessing SWG:Craft, even then the resources could shift between the time it takes to look it up and to when you alt tab back to the game.
