hi everyone. i am doing the hologrind, and i was curious if the professions you did at release count towards your holo. they don't show up as badges, but do they count as holo professions?

All professions you have mastered counts. Even if you did them before the badges came out they still count.

Does any of the BE experience trsnalate out to fs, if so which tree should I gind and waht's the best way yo grind it post cu?

Yes the BE crafting xp can be converted to FS xp. There is a sticky at the top of the FS forums that will tell you the conversion rate.

right, but what I was wondering was is since BE crafting Xp is technically called Medical Crafting xp, if the conversion still stands.

Medical XP can be converted to FS Senses XP, medical _crafting_ xp can be converted to FS Crafting xp.

BE crafting xp converts at 4:1 ... yes it still can be converted.
Medical crafting xp converts at 5:1 ... sigh yet another one of those small changes to BE that add up overall 
DNA sampling converts at 3:1 in the heightened senses tree tho but it always has since the village appeared.
