Thread: Pet stims aren't working?

Hello there,

I couldn't seem to find any information on this issue:

When I try to heal my BE CL10 bantha, the pet stim does not appear to heal the HAM, though the healing message occurs.

This does not occur with my normal CL10 spat.

Has anyone seen this issue? Just wondering if I'm the only one seeing it.

They are healing, it's just a display bug. Often you'll look at them a few minutes later and the healing shows. It's just with BE mounts as far as I can tell.

I second what he says and would add that the bug came about as of a a publish early this year, cant remember which exactly, but I think like January. Also, since the same patch, mounts add to group later than other pets, like if you call 3 pets and one is a mount, the 2 non-mounts will group at same time and mount will group a few seconds later, same with ungrouping. This also includes mounts not following you automatically and when you make them follow, they wil only 'follow' until they get to where you are, then stop and if you move again you have to tell them to follow again.

I do have to say that while the mount's HAM not refreshing is annoying, I think all these bugs introduced that patch and still not remedied 3-4 months later is somewhat disheartening.

I have noticed that telling your pet mount to do a trick will sometimes cause his HAM bars to refresh so you can see how much it's healed. As much of a workaround I know of until SOE finally does something about it. I'm sure all the things I mentioned are related to the issue.

I find that if I tell my mount to perform Trick 1, the HAM bar will refresh within a couple of seconds. It may work with Trick 2 as well, although I've never tried.

Storing the mount and calling it again causes the HAM stats to refresh. I sometimes also store and call when the animal has strayed too far to respond to my instructions, which can happen due to the related bug of mounts ignoring "follow" commands.

It was Publish 6 that introduced these mount problems... It sure would be nice if they could get around to fixing them.
