1. Yes, but you'll have trouble getting hide and bone as most hunters stick to meat.
2. I found piket missions on dantooine to be good for sampling xp. There's a ton of other posts about what's best for the crafting xp.
3. 2 weeks grinding the crafting xp but experimenting with pet crafting while getting the sampling xp.
4. Around 600k of flora and 200k of meat

I've got no clue about this profession. But I am considering it, So my question to those who knows is.
1. is it possible to get through it, without having a combat skill?
2. any tips for good xp?
3. how long did it take you to master and what is the best way to do so.
4. how much resources does it take?
if anyone has good answers to this, please respond.. thanks.

3. how long did it take you to master and what is the best way to do so. This is one of those professions that it's best to learn by doing especially if interested in making pets. You can grind through it but it's not recomended.
4. how much resources does it take? Never sat and figured out the exact ammount of meat needed to grind through.
