It's been awhile since I've played and it's been about a month since I've created any BSN nutrients, but last night I log in and the chef I make nutrients for wants a run of BSN's. So I tried to create a schematic for the run with resources I've used before that I know for a fact created BSN's with 85 nutrition bonus. Yet, last night I could only get them to 83. **edit**?? Am I missing something here? Did something change in the way nutrients are made since I've made them last? I'm at a loss as to why this would happen. Anyone else have this happen?

We need to know the stats of the resourses you used before we can tell if this shouldbe expected or not.

Hey flymoe welcome back, could be the assembly roll playing a part in this thats causing descrepancies in your figures... or you could have just selected the wrong resources in your inventory
If you give us the resource stats then we can tell you what the result should be, one thing you might have missed in your absence is that we discovered the ratio to be 50 OQ, 30 PE 20 FL not 33/33/33.

You know I was wondering the same thing, b/c I left for about a month or so, and now my nutrients seem to blow, with the same exact resources as before... I guess this explains it... quite a shame really... guess I need to re-evaluate my resource collecting

I think with the number crunching we assumed that it hadnt change, and that it had always been wrong... but the subject never came up till recently so who knows.

I can't say if things have changed or not since I have only been a BE for two or three months now. The behavior has seemed to be the same during that time. If it does change from here on out, we will know for sure since we can predict tissues with almost 100% accuracy now.
(insert shameless plug)
Visit the Tissue Calculator link in my sig if you want to test your resources. I'm curious about your resource numbers though, since it would be easy enough to see if a 33/33/33 forumla would give you the +85.

Does your tissue calc take into effect the realistic ratio, or the 33/33/33

It uses the 50/30/20 ratio. (I was the one that did the public analysis proving it.) It also takes into account the use of wood, bone or hide where appropriate.
For the Chef Tissues, if you find any instance it does not predict the result correctly, I would like to see the resources used so I can tweak the program.
