Master Tailor looking for BE-Partner
my standard order:
(1 timesper 2 week)
20 crates with Active BIO-sensors (identical) +15/+15 and higher
10 crates with Fear release (identical) +15/+15 and higher
10 crates with Tensile resistance (identical) +4/+15 and higher
another BIO-tissues - for custom orders (about 3-5 crates with identical tissues per month)
usually its: Active Tranquilizers, Scent neutralization and Coagulant agents

let me beat my usual drum here too....
+13 tissues are as good as +15 tissues, everyone's either going towear two items to get max effect or want a +25 (typically inj/wound treatment) shirt (form-fitting undershirt is one I know that can do this) to wear under the armor. In either case, +13 is all you need, so no use paying or blowing resources on more
Of course, +15 is usually pretty easy to get without using your HQ stuff as long as you have some decent if not uber spawns in stock. Just I wouldnt turn down a batch of +14 because it doesnt come out to a nice, clean and pretty divisible-by-5 number =)

yes, i use for make formfitting undershirt and for make paramilitery camos
its good way for make fast money 
for tailor who play a little time 
for tailor who play a little time so what i need +15, especialli its important for paramilitary camos (i make melee/stun or war/int PLUS inj/wound treatment - it is popular)
and i know about max enchant +25

let me clear up a few commonly made mistakes by BEs here.
the +13 is as good as +15 thing, only half true.
This is only true for the injury and wound treatment, taming and entertainer tissue!!
ALL of the other tissues can only be used in singles. There is no item in the game that uses multiple rfps in separate slots.
From a tailoring PoV +18 is much more desirable than +13 in the combat tissues since most customers want a shirt to go under their armour, some will have a bandolier also but usually, in my experience they will want a different type of bonus on their bandolier to maximise what they can get out of the items.
And fwiw you cant have +25 injury and wound treatment in a formfitting undershirt either
A formfitting undershirt takes a single frp and therefore can only have 1 combat bonus on it.
