Ysalimiri lizards. Small, non-combatant, little harmless critters that render Jedi helpless. Any thoughts?

lol, jager do you just follow Roren around?

Yaslamari have been sugested before, and so have taurentek (sp? the creatures fought in KOTOR).. and chances are that it will not happen. There is a certain type of ore, cortorsis (sp? again)that spawns in game, that is used to block Lightsabers in the books, but does nothing in game... plus I wouldnt want to strain the 'soe art department' for maybe adding something new to the game.

bio engineers should be able to clone npc pets like stromtroopers, just makes sense.

Drako we done want to have a revival of the clone war here buddy. Be interesting to see a new bunker in the works like the geo lab where it is regular humans enhanced with jedi DNA though. One notion I toyed with to help out the BE crafters of pets is give the masters a brand spankin new ability to use. The ability of skin sampling. What skin sampling would do is just out and out determine what the creature skin your going to use will be and what lvl the little bugger will be. Then you just slap in a genetic template and boom you have a creature you can make outside your regular range and it can be customized. Love to sample a gaping spider create that or create a cool paralek scavenger with like 60%resist on everything.

yeah except a) you'd be able to make flying pets which the devs already no-noed, b) it'd totally stomp on CHs as BEs could make anything at any level and c) you'd be able to make CL5 rancors with self-sampled skins...I do not want rancor/graul's sitting-position trick1 (you CHsshould know what I mean) in the hands of every LP-dueling-in-the-coronet-SP spammaster in the game lol =)

its bad enough when people leave their pets over travel terminals and the ticket collector and spam tricks. Most people dont realise you can do /bo trans or double click on the ticket so they just sit there balling their eyes out. Poor kids

or /targ tick and /targ trav and then either ~ 1 or ctrl-u if you wanna see how much time till the next shuttle arrives but you cant highlight the droid =)

Also, I have my usual travel routes macroed..."cormo"does /purchaseticket corellia Coronet_Starport dantooine Dantooine_Mining_Outpost single and "mocor" does the other way...very useful when you're running in and you see the shuttle is already there and for buying all your tickets for a multihop shuttle run while you're jogging back to the MO after your mission =)

Dont tell anyone though, I know it'd get nerfed if it got around. Just for us BE types since we travel to more backass planets than any other profession hehe =)

do you have to be standing in front of the travel terminal to do this or can u just do it from the spawn point?

You can buy tickets from anywhere to anwhere at any ticket terminal.

eg if I was going to dantooine from tatooine I would buy my tickets in bestine from bestine to tyrena, from tyrena to the dantooine mining outpost, it defaults to return trip so I have all my tickets for the journey there and back form the same ticket terminal

yeah if you leave out the 'single' at the end then you'll get a roundtrip ticket

and you can actually get a ticket from anywhere to anywhere, including PCs, anywhere in the game at all, except if you'reclose by a travel terminal, like in the starport, without being in range of it. You can buy your tickets home while you'reout hunting Mereks 3 km from the Smuggler Outpost if you so chose.
