I am looking for a master BE on the Sunrunner serverwho will be able to supply me with roughly 250 crates of food additives per month or can create schematics for me so I can produce the additives myself. I would supply about75% of the meat needed for 250 crates.

That doesn't justify being rude to people even so. SWG is a game. I think people lose sight of that sometimes. The forums are a place to garner information and enhance the enjoyment of the game. Its not a place to alienate people.

why is one-starring someone rude? Ideally, the rating system exists so that others can tellwhat the community feels is worthwhile or wasteful posts, to help them judge whether to read them or not. Posting improper messages and cluttering the boards definitely falls under the latter. It doesnt have to by necessity be a personal attack.

I'm not sure why posts like this get one starred but they do.

You'd be better served if you posted a thread in your galaxy forum though. If you get no response there I'd say you probably won't get one here either. You would however avoid the one star bandit.

People in search of bio-engineers in my galaxy have made unique threads. They don't come out saying I need blah blah profession. Instead they ask how many of X type profession are on this server. Or, they'll ask what is your template hoping to get posts from the profession they're looking for. I've even seen people say I just joined this type of profession and I'm curious about a particular aspect of it as it applies to this galaxy even though they really haven't joined at all.
