Got a bit of a question for SS's best BE's, if its not to much troublereplywith if info on what given past nerfs is possible in todays CL70pets. I'mwondering what thehighest Kinetic and BlastResists that can be crammed into a CL70 are now, everything else can be vulnerable, specials Dizzy Stike and Knockdown, Highest HAM possibleetc.

Been wondering lately.

Well I'm not the best BE on Starsider but I am one.. But I'm also terrible when it comes to making pets. So.. why am I posting this if it doesn't help? .......

Your question is a good one for this forum. You probably shouldn't limit it to Starsider BE's though or someone is likely to tell you to go to your server's trade forum.

Hightest kinetic: 60%

Highest blast: most likely 100%

Highest of both that can be put in a level 70 pet with armor, KD/Dizzy and high HAM: I have never tried to hit level 70 with this particular combination, so I'll defer to someone who might have tried it.

BE is very complex, so the answer might not be known until someone actually makes an attempt at that particular combination. We can't just select attributes or put experimentation points into attributes like most crafting professions. We have to select wild creatures with the attributes we want, throw them together, experiment, and hope they come through on the final product.

I spent nearly two months trying to hit exact specifications for a customer and never could. The customer was nice enough to offer enough to make it worth trying (1 million) and to tip 1/4 of it up front without my asking. When he decided that perhaps what he wanted wasn't possible, he seemed surprised when I returned the money. He then turned around and bought a high-level pet from my vendor.

If he came to me tomorrow with another challenge, I'd accept it gladly.

My point is, if you do challenge someone to try to specially-make such a pet, be aware that it might involve MANY failures, a huge investment in time, frequent dying and cloning, and it may never come out exactly to be what you were hoping for. A good BE might enjoy that challenge, but please be generous and considerate.

Being that I don't have a character on Starsider, I can offer that bit of advice without an ulterior motive .

In BE-speak: Frenzied Graul has 65% kinetic, 90% blast, but it doesn't have the right specials. If you had a backpack full of FG, and mix it with Vexed Voritor repeatedlyyou could get close to those stats with the right specials. It would, however, be lower than CL 70, probably CL 60ish.

In non-BE speak: it's probably pretty possible to get a pet with 60% kinetic and 90% blast with armor if it doesn't have to be CL 70 (lower) and you didn't care about the specials. The specials compliates things a whole lot, and would require a ton of work to pull that off, but it is possible.
