I've been having a problem of late. I can't seem to get over +86 on my BSN's. I just tried to craft a BSN with nearly perfect resources and only came up with 86. Is this happening on more servers than just Wanderhome? Are we bugged? Generally, the experimentation percentage reflects the bonus, but in this case the percentage was 91 and the bonus was 86. What's the deal?

Are you taking into account the correct weightings of 50% OQ, 30% PE, 20% FL?
