I'm not on your server but "top dollar" sounds very elusive. It might be a better idea to state exactly how much you will pay for the best creation the BE's on your server can make and list what are important criterias that you find more desirable. You have to understand that BE's have to make the pets first before quoting you what they've made and, the components required may cause them opportunity loss.

Opportunity cost? well, in the time they are scrambling to make you something, they could easily make alot just by going with proven DNA and selling mainstream creations.

Maybe if you said something like "Will PAY 1 MILLION CR for the Bio Engineer who can make the best Kimogila on Interpid server. Send in your stats by (Insert Date)!! Winner will be notified by ingame Email!!"

This is an example of course, i dont know what the economy is like on Intrepid but the size of the carrot you are dangling in front of us will determine if you get enough serious attention.

I'm a Master Bio Engineer on Intrepid but sorry, I don't make these sort of pets. To be honest, not many Bio Engineers take very well to the biggest baddest monster pet requests....no offense meant, but as Windsplitter stated, we make much better profits off of proven sensible creations.

Then again, perhaps money talks ... 1 million credits is a good starting point since the cost of "uber" weapons are up around 10 million now.

Sukb, I am sure that BE read posts on your Server trade boards, if no one answers, that is because they dont want to make it.

I do not care to make CL 70 pets, seems pointless to me. The problem is 2 x CL 35 kills CL 70 easily.

Sampling Mutant Rancors is annoying and pointless.

If you need resistances, you can get them elsewhere.

Ugh, this post is pretty demeaning to BE's. If you were hoping to start a bidding warfor your contract I don't think it will happen. CL 70 critters are difficult to make. I doubt many BE's have these magnificent CL 70 critters just lying around waiting to be sold, and having trouble doing so. Also, I find the concept of turning BE's again each other pretty distasteful. Please take this elsewhere.

I for one would like to see BE's sharing recipes again instead of bragging... I made a decent lvl 67 Rancor from Bull Rancor DNA, but would like to see others lvl 60-70 creatures and recipes. I only got Master 2 weeks ago and the recipe thread i cant find for the life of me. And the search feature in these forums is awful.

More than once I chatted to a guy for an hour promising he could pay well for a clone and my time just to have a conversation end with "Yeah, I'll pay you 80k for one"

wow, I'm aBE on Tarq and I think maybe everyone is over reacting. Yes I agree that a set price should be listed but whats wrong with a little competition. Like a contest or pet show. Winner gets the prize. Again to be declared up front. Just something to do that might be a little different. I would think this is similar to sponsering an in server competition where a few BE's show up, are given sets of similar DNA samples that are high level and told that the guy who makes the best cl10 pet wins 5mil creds. 2nd place gets 2mil and third gets 1mil. Yes highly unlikely that it would ever happen but I would try just to see how i did and to have something a little different to do. I take this post to say "Hey I want a Kimo, but instead of walking all over creation I'm posting here for someone who DOES have a Kimo they want to sell, send me the stats and I'll buy the one I like". Of course no BE is gonna trade a pet like that without a acceptable price so that would have to be worked out ahead of time. I'm just trying to say "Can't we all get a long", LOL
