Why? Apparently non-CH's can't keep their hands off the pet deeds!!!

I'm annoyed that pet deeds don't include a certification. How much hassle would that save us?
Because no matter how many signs I hang in my shop or how many special "barks" I give my vendors, I still wind up with customers buying pets they can't use...

Any deed that requires a certification should state that on it as it would be found under "My Skill Mods". I agree, this is embarrassing that we should even bring this up.
