Maybe I can't read, but I couldn't find a BE that could really tell me what the hell to do when it came to doing the DNA Sequencing bit. Reading the forums I was still very confused.. so if this helps one BE, then the post is good.. if not, 1 star it.. it's all good 
Here's my SMRT way of doing it.
AT, TA, GC, CG are the sequences you work with.
Lets say you get TTAACG
If A=T, and T=A, and G=C, and C=G then in theory that looks like: AATTGC
But, you don't see that on the list.. instead, you'd get something like:
T
GC
GG
AA
TA
A
etc..
So, based on the TTAACG, concentrate on the first T.. so I chose A.
That gets you *ONE* DNA sequence.

How I got multiple DNA sequences.
Lets say you get GCCAT
That's CGGTA
Lets say you get in your list:
A
G
TT
T
TA
G
CC
TA
T
AT
etc..
...
You would pick the second G, because the G, CC, TA also match the rest.
It worked for me last night.. again, you need to do 23 sequences, and don't worry if an option doesn't show up.. if you get 0, thats ok.. I didn't have any knocked against me..

Why wouldn't you pick the"A" (position 1 in the list)and the "T" (position 4 in the list)? Or would you?
Did you pick the "G" (pos 2 in list) to match the other "G" (pos 6 in list)??
Maybe if I actually did one it'd make more sense
