Pretty good tank in my opinion. The only negative is the specials don't work to well unless you had another pet with Knockdown to utilize them. I would probably charge about or just above 80k for it. But I don't charge much compared to others on my server.

Crippling Strike is a posture down attack, works fine with dizzy and is currently better than KD on pets against creature mobs, as KD doesn't seem to work at all off pet attacks. Since no melee (that I know at least) can attack while kneeling, posture downshould bejust as effective as a KD in conjunction with dizzy, in that it forces them to stand up to do anything, and therefore risk the dizzy state knocking them over again.

To the original poster - very decent pet, should be easily sold (on my server I would charge it at around 120-130k). It loses some value because of a (relatively) slow attack speed and being stun vulnerable but is a very respectable pet for someone new without tons and tons of dna resources to use practicing.

Pretty good. The ham is balanced and the kin/energy resists are good. However for lvl 52 it should have higher damage. Im curious as to what dna you used?

I think the biggest problem with this pet is the CL. CL 50 range just doesn't seem to have much appeal and I've never been asked for one specifically. In fact while all my CL 35's, mid 20's, non-ch, and high 60's fly off the vendor, my poor CL 50 pet has sat on my vendor for weeks now He seems to be too underpowered for MCH as an only pet, but too high CL for everyone else, or to be used in conjunction with another pet. I hope you have more luck than I.

Oh, btw, I notice all the dna you used you got from Dant. As a MBE who lives there, try some of these: Frenzied Graul, Ancient Graul, Horned voritor lizard, vexed voritor lizard, voritor dasher (for low CL). These are all golden imho.

I had the exact same problem until I developed a few solid CL18-20s, not with armor but with high resists to the common mob/NPC attack types (kinetic/energy/stun), complimentary specialsand put it into kaadu or dewback skins. Some CH are willing to think outside the box and not have to match pairs/triplets evenly, giving themselves a potent 'primary' tank and a secondary damage adder that is capable of looking after iteself, buying time with adds and being used as a mount if needed. I try to make 'pairs' that are more widely useful than just 2x35, as that gives more flexibility in the higher CL pet that won't have to have a huge bunch of vulnerabilities or do poor damage in order to meet the 35 mark.

Great advice on the Dant dna, it is often overlooked as people rush to Endor or Dath and the lizards especially are extremely good value.

I just recently mastered BE. After reading many of the posts here on making creatures I went out sampled some good DNA and this is what I made:

Gurreck (I just like making cats)
CL 52
H: 11843
A: 11572
M: 11502
Light armor
Kinetic: 42
Energy: 51
Blast: 5
Heat: vulnerable
Cold: vulnerable
Electric: vulnerable
Acid 5
Stun Vulneralbe
Attack Speed: 2.16
To Hit: .52
Damage: 410-420
special 1: crippling strike
special 2: dizzy strike
ranged: no

is this creature any good? how much should I charge for it?

Thank you

I've used Vexed and Horned Voritor DNA and got some nice results. I also use Voritor Dasher DNA in making my CL 10's. I've spent hours, though, looking for Frenzied and Ancient grauls and can't seem to locate them anywhere. Are there specific areas where they spawn?

Try the western area of the map, in the plains before you get into the foothills of the mountains that mark the edge. Best places I have found are west of the imperial starport and in the area around the abandoned rebel base. The SW corner used to be very reliable but is not so anymore, at least on my server.

Use some BMB DNA or BMBQ. THey have 60% Kenetic, 80% on a few, cant remember exactly which. You can keep CL in the 40s maybe lower and keep HAM 10K +. I usually sell all my pets for about 30k because of what goes into them and can't keep enough of them on hand
