If you take away the abilitys of the mount such as attack, why would any non ch want one overa speeder?

Can one of you CH give me a list of all the creatures i be able to ride as a non CH? It would be appreciated. I would like to have a brackaset or falumpaset but not sure if i can ride em.

you can have a lowland brackaset or a plodding falumpaset,not the regulars,as a non-ch mount...

The other ones you can use as a non-CH (for sure, pending patch) are:
Lesser Dewback
Lesser Bol
Mottled Kaadu
or a regular spat (not the giant carrion type).
There have been hints that if you have a regular >CL10 version of these pets, there will be some kind of level-reduction or trade-in procedure for them, but that's not guaranteed.

Swarming lesser dewbacks are aggressive so a non-CH couldn't ride them or have them as a pet.
BE made Kaadu are also CL10.

So what non ch mounts can Bio Engineers make now? Is it possible to get a CL 10 Brackaset?

Can someone give me an accurate list of the Non-CH mount options I have available?
What I have gathered is:
Dewbacks - Tattooine. Level 5 only it seems
Bols - Dantooine. Level 10 Lesser Plains Bols
Kaadu - Naboo. Motley Kaadu level 10
Carrion Spats - Corellia. No Idea as to level yet.
Falumpasets - Naboo. Level 10 but very hard to find.
Humbabas - Not sure if level 10 is available yet.
Brackaset - Dathomir. Only seems to be high level ones there. Are there low level Brackasets around somewhere?
Any other usable mounts available for sale to non-CH?

carron spats were low teens i think, Backrasets are upper only as far as i know, and i think humbabas are lvl 10 on corellia, another Ch told me that, but i've not seen one myself

hi my friend gave me a pet yestarday and told me take it and drag it over a ch npc trainer
it should able me to mount my ride
but cant get it to work 
does it have to be a certain level , or iam i doing something wronge .

the pet trade-in-system worked (and i think still worls - but nor sure) only for natural pets with level 11-15. u will receive a non-ch pet in return.
so no bio engineered pet and no pet over level 15.
