IS it Bio-Engineers that make the fire's, poison's and diseases for combat medic? if not anyone know what does? thanks in advance

Yes, Bio-Engineers can make the enhancers for the CM abilities. They are given different names in the BE prof than you know them as, but the ones you would probably be interested in are: Bacta Toss, Bacta Spray, Deuterium Toss, Neurotoxin, and Endorphine Injection (not sure of this one though - not in game and working from memory)
