Hmm, that sounds like a good thing to add to the FAQ, I'll make sure it's in the new one.
For the time being, off the top of my head, there is one in Coronet along the wall of the bank, and one in theed that is near the starport (just head straight out of the starport until you get to the edge of town and you'll bump right into him).

http://swgbe.mmospy.com is a great resource for BE's. They have all information about static trainers. I, too, had to train in bestine. My city had a waiting list for trainers and I wan't about to wait for mine to come up.
If you decide to train in bestine, I found the basements of the houses in the slum are a perfect place to do it. There are no items in the basements freeing up computer resources for crafting. I foud the crafting sessions to bemany times faster in an empty room as opposed to a full one. Better yet outside with people running around and npc's to emulate. If you want really fast crafting sessions, log in the basement. That way when you login, the world won't be loaded and that'll free up even more computer. It took me 40 minutes to master a 4th box when I did it myself.

Also, zoom into first person and look straight down, that will also free up rendering cycles and help reduce data loading lag

I have spent countless hours sat in front of the one in Bestine (near cloner - how appropriate) in my sunhat, ruthlessly crafting broad spectrum nutrients. Remember, many high-end player cities will have trainers also, usually near the market place so if you run out of res during grinding you can just pop in and get some more.

does anyone know a BE trainer location in 5TC. Finding one is about as aggrivating as some of the proposed changes.

They have taken out all the advanced level trainers. There is a spot in Bestine near the image design tent where there is a canvas shelter with 3 animals: an eopie, an worrt and something else - maybe a Cu Pa. (although it might be a bantha a pig and a rooster for I'm sure on that). THAT is where the BE trainer is SUPPOSED to be.
I log out next to him and when I log in - I can instantly see if they've added the advanced trainers w/o asking anyone.

Some of the crafting trainers seem to be in now. AS and Chef for sure.
