I have been looking for barkmite burrower queens and arachne windows/queens but I haven't had much success. Does anybody know the areas they tend to spawn more often then not?

BBQ's usually spawn west of smugglers outpost in the hills.

For arch's just go around the smugglers outpost in a 1,000 metre circle and you should find some, i usually find them in the southern part of that circle.
