Hello Fellow BE’s, I have created an Excel® spreadsheet that tracks every aspect of the cloning process. I had hoped to present my findings here in the forums, but I can’t get it to fit in a reasonable format. (maybe some will know how do this and can let me know)
This sheet was inspired by the creature recipe forum, everyone posts in the own format, and very few provide enough info for you to even attempt a replica. With this sheet, the format issue will be solved, and the data will be much more complete, and useful for study or comparison. The sheet is a bit on the tedious side, but if we each just do a couple, it could become a good database.
I will e-mail the sheet to anyone who requests it, and then if they deem it to be useful as well, we can create a sort of “share group” and compare our findings with each other. Or if someone has a web site available to them, and if they wish, they can post our findings and we can keep the link handy in the forum here for others to join in.
Recommendations:
I recommend that you print out a few, and fill in by hand, fill in the original sample info and the result completely, then only fill in the experiment info that is different. Then when you get a couple finished, enter the info back into excel and e-mail it to me. I will in turn e-mail you all the results others have sent to me.
