Thread: We Need the CL to show on our DNA Template as we experiment it up!

If the Devs would just give us this one piece of information, our lives would be so much less stressful and frustrating, and the class would be more fun.

As we inch our way up to our target CL with each experimentation point, we could know how close we were and so not waste so many high end DNA samples guessing what our creation will be.

The skin dictates the final pets minimum level--and we have a nice list in our forum here of exactly what those minimums are.But if the template showed the CL as we are making it, we would then know both the minimum level for what kind of pet we want to make AND the actual level of what our ingredients will be. We'd finally be in control of our profession--masters of bio-engineering as it were....Hmm, isn't that our title now? This would make that title a bit more true.

I agree with this. It should be one piece of data that is given to us as we experiment. As I mentioned in another thread this is the only piece of randomness that I would like tightened down a bit.

Maybe they're not sure how the coding works either?

That's why we don't have it..or the scroll over see stats on the dna.....

Vinaddar, you aren't embracing the mystery and randomness that is genetics. Nothing really happens for a reason; life in the universe is chaotic bliss, with one creature varying wildly from the next even with the same "parent" DNA. That's why when two humans mate, they often produce rodians and trandoshans. This has been addressed very clearly in the Friday Feature as well as in TH's 19 questions. Stop trying to use your head and roll those codon dice!

Sorry my friend. We're outta luck.

You cannot get DNA samples from a dead horse. Stop beating this one and move on.

One of the problems is your final combine can have some effect on CL and resists of final combine. So a borderline cl11 template may turn to cl10 with an amazing combine. Or vice versa, a CL10 template can hit cl11 with a poor combine.
