Was wondering what high OQ (+900) wild meat is generally sold for on the BE market?
The other stats are mediocre at best.

Depends on the Flavor and PE. I won't pay squat for any Meat that is OQ1000, PE1, FL1; it's useless to me. ALL BE meat is OQ33%, PE33%, FL33%.
Weight = (OQ*33%)+(PE*33%)+(FL*33%)
If that number is under say... 750, it's not worth much to BEs or Chefs.

If you are on Chilastra, current wild meat on Dathomir is quite decent,mid 900's for OQ, PE and Flavor over 500 each I believe. I did some tissues using it last night with quite good success.

Trying to get good meat is a **edit** on Eclipse.
It's getting to the point where I have to directly compete with doctors for the same resources. I'm lucky to have guild members who will sell me meat at a normalized price. But you try to buy anything with 800+ PE/OQ on the open market and expect to pay between 100-300cpu for it.

Almost all the meat I have harvested, has some other classification.
www.swgcreatures.com is your friend in this instance. With an advance search you can find all the different creatures on different planets with the resources they drop. They have done a very good job with their database.
