I'm wondering how difficult it would be to append the name of the sampled critter onto the standard DNA Sample title.

I asked the other day what ya'll thought about selling DNA samples. I'm still debating about doing this but I can see if being MUCH more viable as a potential commodity if the buyer didn't have to examine each and every sample for information as basic as the creature donor name.

This would also be a godsend in storage issues on DNA - make it MUCH easier to find that sample you are looking for.

Alternately - I wonder how difficult it would be to let us name samples ourselves, but just the donor creature name would be extremely helpful. Currently the only thing I can think of that can be renamed after creation are backpacks, but at least theoretically there is a way to retitle something.
