OK, I know this seems silly but I can't find Lesser Dewbacks on Tattoine. I keep finding Swarming Lesser Dewbacks but no Lesser Dewbacks. I've hit all the major cities done a quick walk around the perimeters and then tried pulling up normal missions. I keep pulling mount mite, cu pa, zucca boar and diseased bocatt missions. This would seem to be in the correct range but no luck. Any ideas?

Lesser Dewbacks are on Dantooine. Try the Mining Outpost mission terminals.

Lesser Dewbacks are on Tattoine

Lesser Plains Bols are on Dantooine

The devs did state that the CL10 versions of mount would get rarer after the BE patch. BE's can now make 2-3k HAM versions of all the mounts in CL10 form and if we are very lucky and very dedicated we might get about 20% kinetic resists on them as well but they will only have 30-40dmg of course.

I found some coming back from Jabba's palace towards Bestine yesterday

I could see his palace in the distance from where I found them, so it was fairly close by.

Try west of Bestine, I see them out there all the time. I've never seen a mission for them, just randomly run across them.
