I think light armor adn 60% kinetic will give you a minimum of level 45 creature. You can get light armor adn 30% kinetc though at CL30,

Hi all


Looking for a master BE to make me two generation 3 gurrecks (under lvl 35, ar1, 60% kinetic resists). Will pay very well for the pair.
