Hmm... I'm not too sure about that.

You get how CH xp for training a pet, 100xp per command? Also, you get no taming xp for BE pets btw.

The easiest way to do this would be to bring a BE to sample trash around a city and have them make Gnorts (lowest resources required).However, it would probably take anywhere from 2-5 minutes to make each creature at a rate of 300xp (three commands at novice CH) to 2000xp (twenty possible commands at master CH). While that looks nice and is a no-risk option, just taking a pet to dathomir/dantooine/endor would have you earning much more than that in the same amount of time (plus earn you weapon xp and money if you did missions).

I have a droid with a crafting station in it, so I can sample 50-100or so DNA samples in 10-15 minutes with a few muon golds, using the downer times to craft kaadus or other lower level clones like that. Counting in failures, I can get about 18 clones ready to tame in that time. This gives me BE DNA sampling experience, BE Crafting XP, and then CH Training XP.

For the CH Trainig XP, I keep one slot in datapad free to tame one pet at a time. Tame a pet from the inventory, quickly (in less than a minute) train it all the commands I can teach it getting 1,300 to 1,500 points depending if they have special attacks or not.(NOTE!! THIS IS IMPORTANT - THEY LEARN EVERYTHING THE FIRST TIME UNLIKE THEIR NATURAL COUNTERPARTS WHICH CAN BE FRUSTRATING TO TEACH. BE CLONES SEEMS TO LEARN EVERY COMMAND THE FIRST TIME!! SO, I TEACH BY CLICKING THE RADIAL BUTTON WITH MY MOUSE AND USING "l"AND "Enter" WITH MY LEFT HAND FOR EVERY COMMAND IN A VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.) Destroy/Release the pet, tame another and repeat.

Using this strategy I got all 4 levels of BE DNA Sampling in one day Last Saturday(including a LOT of sampling on Endor for levels 3 and 4), as well as 2 levels of other BE experience, and over 75,000 CH XP. Amazing if you want both CH and BE... I miss Master CH, and look forward to having both it and Master BE in a few weeks to fully enjoy the wonders fo crature management in SWG. =)

I asked about this some time ago, and like Arthur said, it's not really worth it for an "established" (i.e. high to master level BE) to do it, due to the time it takes to do it. Being a CH myself, I decided to experiment a bit. I went outside the city and sampled trash. If you're buffed with muon gold, you can generally gather enough samples to make 3-5 creatures during the gold's duration (craft the templates during the downer). So, you're looking at around maybe30-40 or so creatures per hour sampling, on the average. I then made myself 20 kimos (Hey, I have an excess of resources, and they're easier to target when you're trying to teach a baby kimo. Plus, my perverse sense of humor found it amusing that all those "Can u make me n uber kimo" people would freak at the concept of my taming and releasing kimos to grind CH, especially if they don't really take a look at the stats of those kimos!) I then sat down and tried this CH grinding strategy.

From the perspective of the CH, xp is 100 per skill taught on BE pets, regardless of the CL of the pet. After testing this out myself, I have to admit, it's a great powerlevelling method for CHs, IF you're a fairly higher level CH. The way I see it, a CH should be able to teach at least 10 tricks for it to be worth it. I was a 3/3/3/3 CH when I tested this out, so I was getting 1300 xp per pet. Lower level CHs should stick to hunting, preferably with a group taking down bigger mobs.

From a BE's standpoint, you have to seriously consider the amount of time this will take if you take on such a task. Remember that the major, time-consuming part of it goes to the BE. For a novice BE, this will get them BE crafting xp, samping xp, and (I certainly hope) a nice amount of money for payment. I also suggest NOT to sell yourself short. I know you're not making uber pets, but this process does take a long time. The major work is done by the BE while the CH grabs his bag of pets, sits in a corner and racks up the xp in a shorter amount of time. Make sure you factor in your pricing, the time you spend doing all this as well. For a high to master BE, it's just a time consuming task. I'd rather take an order of a crate or two of tissues from a tailor. It won't take as long, and would pay better anyways.
