I usually charge about 5k-6k per tissue depending on what it is, and just multiply that by 25 for the max cost of one crate, but I usually take off about 20k if someone buys the whole crate... That may just be how I sell tissues though.

I usually charge 75k for a crate... thats 3k per tissue. This was for the ones we could get resources for before the patch... not sure what they will go for post-patch yet since a lot of stuff is easier to get now

I do 150 per stat using the highesdt as the multiplier. Guild and alliance I use 100. I not as greedy since more to game then racking in creds that server no purpose

I try to sell them like this on my vendor:
75k for a crate of 25 = 3kpu
20k for a crate of 5 = 4kpu
5k for 1 tissue = 5kpu

I've been selling my tissues for 2500-4000 each depending what resources they take. Someone wanted 2 crates of tissues from me that I normally sell for 3500 and 4000 each (enh myoflex takes eggs, and it takes a long time to round up enough for a full crate of tissues). I offered to sell them to this guy for 150k, and he said "ummm... that's REALLY high. Another BE told me that he'd sell me 8 crates for 200k." Huh?? That's 400 tissues for 200k, or 500 credits per tissue. I asked him what the stats were on the tissues, and they were only one point less than the ones I was making. I told him that's an unbelievable price, and to go ahead and get them from the "other BE". He then asked me "So... how much would you sell me those 2 crates for?" We agreed on 125k, and I delivered them the next day. He then e-mailed me back, and wanted two more crates of different tissues. I told him 155k firm, and he said okay.
So yeah... 3000 per tissue seems to be the average going rate, on my server, anyway.

I guess I am a bit less credit-hungry than most. For an unknown, probably one-time customer, I average 75 cr/point increase. For my regular customers, who often help provide resources, I average closer to 50 cr/point, or around 2k per tissue if they are very small quantity runs. I may be pricing a bit lower than many, but I don't seem to have much problem building my fortunes this way.
As for base prices, I posted a thread on resource prices and components based on those prices. That gives me a reasonable expectation of my costs, so I can accurately determine if I am making a reasonable profit without too much difficulty. I make a base 30-35% over my costs, which makes it quite easy to succeed.
