Thread: XP Idea

What do you guys think abou this?


Since we are now part scientist part veteranarian, part chemist, and part hunter. What if they broke out our XP a little more specifically. How about medical crafting XP (chemistry) for our stimpacks and tissues (might have to be re organised a little). I was thinking of scouting XP as well but DNA XP is fine.


Medical crafting XP makes sense to me since we are and extension of the medical crafting line.


Just an Idea, any comments?

I'm all for the devs fixing the experience gained when crafting stims and packs, but they are in the tissue line. Should tissues be made to have medical crafting experience as well?


Moreover, if medical crafting was an experience type required of us, I would just pump out PLAYER stim Bs and sell them on the market. You have to admit, more people want to heal themselves than a pet.

since we die we lose xp dont u think we should gain that amount of xp for beating the bh? i mean not all because ppl will start an exploit on killing bh's for xp but we should get something. or if we kill a bh we get our visibility down to 0 if that even exists. make jedi get a reward for saving ourselves. if u dont make it worth while for us we will not be playing very much.

ok since all the xp spawning exploits have been being changed i recently thought of a new idea. this post is really worth reading.


Ok, how bout this, you get as much xp for killing things for as half their HAM is. so if their HAM is 10K, ull get 5K xp, if their HAM is 20K ull get 10K xp. and this rule applies to anything up to 50K HAM and anything above 50K ham is worth 25K xp. this rule is different for things with 1K HAM, anything between 1-1000 HAM is worth its HAM in xp. so if something has 1000 HAM its worth 1000 xp, and if something has 625 HAM, its worth 625 xp. im still thinking of what to do for things between 1001-1999 ham tho.


i really think this would help with attitudes vs the squill caves spawn being chaned as well as the geos spawn.


tell me what ya guys think. and this isnt my final idea but its a big chunk of it.

hmm im sure once the bugs are worked out of it, it might not be that bad of an idea. I'm not sure many people would like it though. can you imagine getting 50k xp for killing a krayt, that would be awesome.

that would lead to one shot = full xp.

the way it works is fine, you get the xp for the damage you do.
