Well... afew weeks back I was making afew schems of BSN's and noticed I had a higher assembly starting % on one of them, and without getting my normal 84 it went upto 88 after experimenting.

This wasnt due to an amazing success, its just a freak chance, well after I got this I tried again and was able to repeat this quite afew times after trying alot, I mean it happened say 1-70 trys.

But the last week or so, no matter how many times ive tried it doesnt do it agian.

Now my question is..... Has this happened to you before? Has it happened in the last week? and is this a bug or just a freaky assembly thing?

Good ol' Septus had this exact same thing happen to him. He got +118s out of resources that should only give +117 and then after patch day he could never get it again. A freak occurance and totally weird if you ask me.

Ah that explains it for last week... but now I have vaild and honest 88s 118s and 57s with the resources!!
