I was told, that if you use wood with high OQ, it will make the bsn's better. Has anyone seen such an effect?

yes, it will work BUT only if the OQ on the Wood is higher than you OQ on your other resources.(wood can also be used in the "organic" slot, not the "flora food" slot)

It's no better than other flora with the same OQ and FL and PE the same as the average of the other ingredients ... just easier to get.
