I got a deal with a master BE to buy it at 50k a crate, do you guys find this an average price for your sales?

Prices are ALL dependant on the server. All that matters is if you feel you're getting your money's worth.

I'd say average, and resource intensive as posted elsewhere. Be glad you got them=)

40k a crate?
On Gorath I was lucky selling them for 27.5k per crate.
I was trying to sell 40 crates for quite a while and got messages like "sorry buddy, 1 mil max or no deal. Every other BE sells for 1 mil"
Damn... if I could have sold them for 40k per crate... I'd be a rich man...

Well the chef that finally bought them was very nice and wants to buy any other tissues I make. So basically I'm waiting for half decent meat to spawn on some creature that is worth the bother.
I guess that's the hard part, getting buisness to begin with. That's where pets come in. They spread your name.

Meat prices on our server have started climbing drastically and while I don't yet charge 40k/crate for BSNs, I'd probably price 86s a bit higher. I just had to raise my prices from 25k to 28k a crate but those are for 85s.

I sell at 29,250/crate for +86s on Chimaera. If people don't want to pay that, no problem, they can find some other BE and see how long they stick around doing the job *grins*

The resources for these run generally around 10 cpu. So take that as your baseline cost and then double the cost on those. So you have 20 cpu final product or 40k each.

The Max I charge for a full run of BSN's is 2 million, or 50k a crate.
the breakdown:
up to 5 cpu for the flora... 60 units = 300 credits max
and up to 75 cpu for the meat... 20 units per tissue = 1500 credits max
1800 credit cost, and then I put in a 10% profit (200 credits)
for me the price is always determined by the cost per unit, and I usually don't make a huge profit from selling my crafted items (10% for BE goods, and about 30% profit on Tailored goods).. I'm glad I'm putting my self through college to apply economic pricing strategies to a damn game, lol
