After not playing my CM since before the Combat Upgrade, I come backand find that I cannot make CM thing. Fine, I respec my toon to be a BE. I make a Deuterium Toss Enhancer, with my old best of Corbantis resources with my best old CM components, and it comes out as Effectiveness 619.0 .

I was shocked to see on the Bazaar Vendor Search that the best on my server were Effectiveness of over 1100!

What did I do wrong?

Here's what is required to make a Deuterium Toss Enhancer, and what I used to make my crappy 619 Effectiveness one:

Insect Meat, 948 OQ 787 PE

Greens,985 OQ, 1000 PE

Polymer, 1000 OQ

Radioactive, 986 OQ 939 PE

Advanced Solid Delivery Shells, 71

Advanced Chemical Release Duration Mechanisms, 65

Advanced Resilience Compounds, 85 Potency

AAAgh! I don't get it! I looked for my answer here in the CM Forums, but to no avail.

Right after the CU you could make great meds using a combo of Pre and Post components. I haven't tried in a while to make any as they do not sell but I believe that it's leaning more to post components. Looted components + janta blood seems to make good meds but you can't use them to make factory runs.

It's definitely your precu sub components for that particular craft. I just crafted deuteuriums and have 278 power / 33 charge for my ASDS and 217 power / 37 charge for my Adv. Resilience. The ACRDMS are fine and are the same preCU and they are postCU.

All of the CM sub components are much better postCU. If you have ABECs and ALS, preCU hold onto them. That's how you get high charge stims (30+).

Just a minor correction to the above. The aCRDMs post CU do have about the same power as their pre-CU counterparts, but the post-CU ones also have 2-3 charges. Not a huge thing on an enhancer, but could make a difference when used in stims.
