I decided to try my hand at enhancers...spend a few million on resources. I crafted a Deuterium enhancer experimented to 97%eff at it was at 886. A guild mate of mine said he has some that are 1087 effective. What the heck is going on?

Are you using pre-CU components? The ACRDMs are essentually the same, but the ASDSs cap at 300 power or so, and I believe the...well, whatever the 3rd components is (can't remember the name) caps at 300 power as well, though I'm in the lower-mid 200's myself.

At any rate, it definately sounds like its your components that are holding you back.

But my question is, do them work? Some of my custumbers are telling me that them dont work.

From the testing I did quite closely after Combat Upgrade, I can say that they do work. The problem is more what people expect of them . The old CM poison packs were rather powerful and you could easily create DOTs with 600+ in tick; the Deuterium Toss Enhancers provide a rather low enhancement, maybe about 100 points compared to using the skill without an enhancer, but increase the duration as well as the chance to get the DOT to stick. Testing I did back then was with converted 750 power enhancers which brought the duration of the DOT to nearly one minute longer; from guildies who play CM in pvp environments, I can say that they surely don't want to go out without my 1113 power deuterium enhancers anymore.

its got to be my ASDS, I used pre-cu component that was 72...if they go to 300 that is my missing 200 points. What threw me off was the EFF being experimented to 97%. Thanks everyone...you were very helpful.

If you have the same resources that those 72power ASDSs were produced with, you should get to 1080 or so power...more charges too. Nice for you!

Either the components or resources are holding you back. If your resources are good quality, the nyou may need to work on the subs. They are a bear sometimes. Using the best resources and good subs, I was able to get a run up to 1108/191. It's the ACRDMs that hold it back from being as high as the Neurotoxin.
