I would say that the best way to make money is to do Destroy Missions. On your way to the destination, you can fight with your favorite pet to earn experience, and tame every baby in sight for experience. So while your out to make money, you can gain experience at the same time. Your pet can also help fight your mission if it is strong enough, then you'd still get paid... AND get experience! Hope that helps.

Hey Guys,

The way that I'm going to make money is to be a good tamer.

Whatdo you mean by making money by taming?

Taming a Rancor, and bringing it to Bestine, Tatooine (home of the novice everything).

They dream about having a Rancor, Gorax, or Kimogila as a pet. There is no requirement to taming the pet if the animal is already domesticated. I know this for a fact because in beta 3, a player sold me a Kimogila for 10k credits and I didn't even have to tame it since the control device is tranferred directly into the datapad. The only way to consider having a "Creature Shop" that only CH's can buy, is to have Management IV with the transfer command. . .

Its a smart way if you want to become a pet shop owner, without actually being a merchant.

Sure, you can only have 14 pets at once. Then get 14 Rancors, or 14 Kimos, etc. each day.

When you do destroy missions, or if you're just killing for exp, don't forget to harvest everything. Most scouts save bones and hides for camps but as a CH we don't need that line. You could still get it but if you don't you can sell bones and hides for 10 credits each. That may not sound like much but believe me it adds up. After 1 mission I usually walk away with 100 - 150 hides (Vynocks drop 11 hides each and I kill about a dozen per lair. Higher level stuff prolly drops even more). Thats an extra 1,000 - 1,500 (just about what you get for some missions). I throw hides out there in stacks of 100 for 1,000 credits and they usually sell before I log off for the evening.

Well,

Yes, you do have to at least achieve and learn Novice Creature Handler before you can accept transfers.

Infact, as dumb as this sounds, In order for a Bio-Engineer to use his/her creations is to tame it which is a CH requirement, so many Engineers may not even be able to see their Genetic experiments in action.

If you're asking where do you find these Leet Creatures (Gorax, KimoGila, Rancor) in the wild, then here's my answer:

Gorax(Endor): Look in "Mirage" like Caves that can have an opening at least as high and wide as 100 meters. You can usually spot a Gorax Lair if you're near an Ewok village. Goraxes are tough but won't attack you if you fail a taming process as odd as that is. You look at it and wanna wet your pants. Though, you might not find a Gorax (baby) title on a small one's name, You'll find a Juvenile Gorax, the only type that gives you the taming option. (Note: If you really want a Gorax pet, don't call it in an area that is "narrow", like with many collision flora around, it may get stuck and not move until you store it again.) Recommend Taming III

KimoGila(Lok): Look for Africa Like plains near the corner of the planetary map. Or look for plains in the middle of the map which shows a water source.(Or Sulfer Source) If you fail the first time, you won't get another chance with that particular one, cause you'll be dead before you notice it attacked you after the failure. (Note: This is also like a Gorax, it doesn't have a (baby) signature, but it has a Hatchling Title.) Recommend Taming IV.

Rancor(Dathomir): I haven't had the most xp with these beasts, because I quickly saw one, a baby, in the open near the base. Strange. . ., But it was not the easiest taming example. I can't give you distinguishing spots or areas on the planetary map to find one since Dathomir, in my opinion, it the most dangerous planet of the 10 planets. Call me a wuss. . ., but I lucked out and tamed it after running from the first failure and coming back to it with mask scent the next time. I recommend Taming III, because thats what I had when I tamed it.

Hope this helps for all those curious novice or soon to be novice CH's around the forums. Be aware that these experiences were during beta 3 so some things coulda changed by then. . . Right now, I only have Taming II and now focusing on Empathy, Manag, and Training III. It'll be a while before I have Taming III. I'll be grinding and hopefully selling some if I get Management IV soon.

I sell stims and other medical stuff from the Organic Chem line. Very rarely I sell a clone, usually a Bearded Jax that someone wants as furnature in thier house. Since tissues seem to be broken I can not even give the stuff away.

Really I make money doing destroy missions, I have CH and Fencing too.

Delivery missions.

Seriously, it all depends. You can flood the bazaar with bearded jaxs and hope the ladies don't mind 3k for their cute house pet. Erm. Good luck to you though. I've had breeder over my head for a week, and gotten pretty much 0 sales.

I've made around 700k credits selling critters. You've just got to set up shop and get the word out. I haven't even begun to work on tissues yet. I imagine when our stuff gets factoryable, I'll be able to make quite a bit more.

I get "paid" in different ways.

One friend is a Master DE, I make him lawn ornaments, and he makes me Droids.

Another friend is an armor-smith. I make him crap to put on the cloth for his armor, and I get armor.

Tailors, Dancers, Chefs. They all have friends that make something you need. Just tell them what you want, and they will haggle to get it, Then everyone gets what they want.

I REALLY wish that I could hide the "creator" name on a deed, as you can only be a middle-man ONCE.

People see where the item is coming from, and then go around you to the person who created it.
