I purchased a pet from a BE, level 9. Had a CH tame it, it said "you have too many pets already". All I have is a speeder and a droid. Again, the pet is max level 9. So, is the pet bugged? Has anyone ever had this happen?

hey i responded to you on the galaxy forums but incase you missed it, it's because anglers are agressive and non-ch cannot use agressive pets. that message is a default message.

OK. Question then. How is a person able to use a BE level 10 or so Razor Cat, for example, being non-CH?

Razor Cat's are non-agressive animals. As long as they are a lvl 10 you can use them. Read the FAQ at the top of the forum, it gives you a list of aggressive and non-agressive animals. No matter what lvl they are ... if their aggressive ... they can't be used by a non-CH.

I saw a rumor once that non-CHs can have a CL10 aggressive pet if they wear some "+taming vicious creatures" clothing. Any truth to that?

You should check the aggressive pet listing in the FAQ before buyinga pet, that way you can be sure you can use it. A good BE should always check it before selling them too.

This only works for CH dabblers trying to tame higher level pets than they normally would. Doesn't work for non-chs.
