No the pets will not be eating up a chs cash payout. We already went through the stink of this on the ch forums. TH came back and said that part of it was a bug. It was fixed on TC so that it would no longer happen. The solo group rules only apply to player characters.

Player pets will still be able to let you draw higher level missions, and you will not lose any of the payout to them.
